ON A MISSION: Renovation of Water Street Mission to create better space for people in need
Elkwood was proud to participate in MISSION: MAKEOVER, an ambitious plan to revamp the kitchen at Water Street Rescue Mission in 7 days. Teaming with Warfel Construction, Clark Foods and other generous local businesses, the mission was a success! Thank you to Clark for their donation and to Warfel for helping manage the renovation.
Water Street Rescue Mission is a Lancaster County, PA non-profit providingshelter, food and other services to people in need.

Churchill Downs Renovation
Elkwood is proud to be part of the $18 million renovation project at the historic Louisville track, focusing on the overhaul of the Turf Club and other premium locations. The Clubhouse Enhancements Project upgraded 82,000 square feet and increased premium seating by 41 percent to 2,660. Total reserved seating grew to 58,654 from 57,880 for the 2016 Kentucky Derby.

Elkwood is proud to continue our partnership with Aldi Foods. Their recent project included conversion and fit-out of 30 former "Bottom Dollar" stores as part of a 3 Billion dollar expansion effort that will showcase Aldi Stores new design language.

Providence Park Clubhouse at Willow Valley
In creating a 30,000 SF clubhouse, Willow Valley Communities desired to create a unique compliment to the current amenities in the community. In conjunction with CCS Building Group, Elkwood assisted in the creation of a center aimed at providing residents with leisure activities with a golf simulator, vintage arcade games, bowling lanes, and pickle ball courts. In addition, dining spaces in the clubhouse include a bistro area with an adjacent bar where residents will have access to their own wine lockers.
